The responsibilities of the Code Enforcement & Fire Prevention department include:
Accept and review building permits, accept and review zoning board appeals, accept and review special use applications, accept and review special event applications, inspection of village properties, enforcement of Village of Albion Codes, enforcement of NYS Building Codes & compliance checks to assist residents and business in the prevention of fires.
